If you forgot your password, you can request a reset link from the RunSam.com login screen and use that link to create a new password.

Forgot Your Password

  1. Go to RunSam.com.

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login screen.
  2. Enter the email address connected to your runsam.com account.
  3. Click Reset Password.

  1. When the confirmation message appears, check your email inbox for the password reset link.

  1. Open the reset link from the email.
  2. Enter your email address, enter a new password, and confirm the new password.
  3. Click Reset password.

  1. Return to the login page and sign in with your updated password.

If You Do Not Receive the Reset Email

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email still does not arrive, confirm that you are using the correct account email.

If you are still unable to access your account, contact the Worldwide Digital Signage team for support.

Password Tips

Use a password that is unique to runsam.com, avoid reusing passwords from other accounts, and store it somewhere secure.
